Across Europe, universities and their partners are finding creative, practical ways to support student mental health and wellbeing. This collection brings together good practices gathered through the MindED Pathways project — from peer-support networks and confidential helplines to whole-university wellbeing strategies, dedicated calm spaces, and festivals that open up conversations about mental health. Each example has been chosen because it works: it strengthens early, humane support, helps students connect with the right help at the right time, and can be adapted by other institutions. Some are large, strategic frameworks; others are small, low-cost ideas that any university could try. Use the filter below to explore practices by country, or browse them all. Each one includes what it involves, why it is effective, the role of staff, and what it would take to put it in place at your own institution.
